Nakikiramay si Cabinet Secretary Karlo Nograles sa mga namatay at na-injure sa insidenteng pag-crash ng isang Philippine Air Force plane sa Brgy. Bangkal, Sulu nitong Linggo na nagdulot sa kamatayan ng aabot sa 50 katao.
